Xbox One Troubleshooting: Clearing system cache
We alread heard about the clearing the system cache of your Xbox One console by turning off the console for 10-30 seconds, unplug everything, plug back in and turn on the console, and the pressing and holding the Xbox One power button for 10 seconds which became viral on Youtube.
There is another way on how to clear cache your Xbox One and at the same time resetting all your internet connection if any case that there is something wrong or your did some tweaking on your connection by yourself.
Here are the steps you need to do, for clearing the system cache of the Xbox One, follow this steps:
1. Go to Settings
2. Select Disc & Blu-ray
3. Select Persistent Storage
4. And select Clear Persistent Storage
Do this steps for 3 times, just like on the Xbox-360 consoles.
For resetting the internet connection settings of your Xbox One console, follow this steps:
1. Select Settings
2. Select Network
3. Select Advanced Settings
4. Select Alternate Mac
5. And select Clear Alternate MAC
What will happen here is that the console will restart itself, then after that, the connection of your Xbox one is already refresh.
